Mary Ann Wittstruck, Ethan

Mary Ann Wittstruck, 72, Ethan, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008, at her residence.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ethan. 

Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at 

Will Funeral Chapel, Mitchell, with a 7 p.m. prayer service.

 

Pamela Bialas, Council Bluffs, Iowa


Pamela Marie Bialas, 25, Council Bluffs, Iowa, formerly of Ethan, died Thursday, July 17, 2008, at her Council Bluffs home. Funeral services were held on 7/22/08 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Dimock. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Koehn Bros. Funeral Home, Parkston, is in charge of      funeral arrangements.

She was born April 14, 1983, to Steve and Linda (Thury) Weber in Parkston. She attended Parkston High School, graduating in 2001, and later attended Southeast Technical Institute, Sioux Falls, where she graduated as a cardiovascular stenographer. She was employed by the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Neb.

On Nov, 4, 2006, she married Josh Bialas in Dimock.

  She is survived by her husband; her parents, Ethan;  a sister, Sarah Neugebauer and husband Eric,     Dimock; a brother, Nick Weber, Dimock; grandparents Clarence and Lois Thury, and Eldora Weber, all of Parkston; in-laws Larry and Zita Bialas, Parkston; five brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; and nine nieces and nephews. She was preceeded in death by her grandfather, Ivan Weber.

George Hoffman, Ethan

 

George Joseph Hoffman, 69, died Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at his home in Ethan.

Funeral Services were held at 10:30 a.m. on  Saturday, February 16th at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

 Burial was at the Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery.

 

 

Bruce Maxwell, Parkston

 

Bruce Francis Maxwell, 58, Parkston, died Tuesday, February 12, 2008

 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, of cancer. 

Funeral services were held   at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb.16th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Parkston. 

Burial was at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.

 

 

Michael Eric Hjellum, Ethan

Michael Eric Hjellum, 19, Ethan, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2008, at his home in Ethan.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Ethan School Gymnasium, Ethan.

Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Friday at the gym.
Arrangements are under the direction of Will Funeral Chapel, Mitchell.
A memorial in his name has been established at Cortrust Bank.
